Terms and conditions last changed 25 September 2026
These are the terms this site is offered under. They are written before there is a contract to point at, so that what is promised now and what is delivered later can be compared line by line. Where this page and the chain disagree, believe the chain.

01What Zomi is
Zomi is a set of 10,000 shielded pixel identities on Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663. Each one is drawn on a 26 by 26 grid from a locked trait system, and each one is at the same time a tokenized bond: it carries a term chosen at mint and it earns a coupon out of a reserve. The picture and the instrument are one ERC-721 token.
The engine that composes them runs in this page. The engine view builds one in front of you, the explorer renders any id from 1 to 10,000 with its traits and its rank, and the traits view prints every weight against the number of Zomi that actually carry it. None of those three needs a contract, a server or an account, which is why they work today.
02The token
$Z0MI, with a zero, is the token whose trading feeds the bond reserve. It is not issued yet. When it is, it is a fair launch on Pons, the memepad on Robinhood Chain: no presale, no private round and no allocation to the team or to anyone else, so everybody buys from the same curve at the same price at the same moment and the project holds no position it did not buy the same way. Liquidity locks when the curve graduates, which is the venue's behaviour and not a promise this project can make on its own.
The contract address is published in exactly two places: on this site, printed from the site configuration by a script that checks the code and the symbol over RPC first, and on the official account, @ZomiV4Bond. An address from anywhere else is not ours. At the time of writing nothing is issued and the token block on the home page says so.
03Nothing here is advice
Nothing on this site, in the whitepaper, in any video and on the official account is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. No return is promised and none is implied. A coupon is paid out of a reserve that trading fees fill, so if nothing trades the reserve does not grow and the coupon is zero. A term does not guarantee an amount, it sets a weight against whatever the reserve actually holds.
The token and the bonds can lose all of their value. Treat anything you put in as money you can lose in full.
04Risk
Contract risk. ZomiBond has had an internal security review and has not had an external audit. It is not deployed at the time of writing. A bug in it can lose funds, and no review finds every bug.
Chain risk. Robinhood Chain is not operated by this project. Congestion, reorganisation, an RPC that stops answering or a change to the chain itself can all affect what you can do and when.
Settler trust. The shielded route depends on an off chain settler to convert and pay. That settler is not built yet, and when it is it will be a party you have to trust to honour a preference the chain only holds a hash of.
Pause. The owner can pause minting and claiming. The owner cannot take the reserve: it is a separate balance from mint proceeds and there is no path from one to the other. The contract controls lists each power the owner has, each one the owner does not, and what remains a residual risk.
Transfer. Pending coupon travels with the token. Selling a Zomi sells whatever it has already accrued and not yet claimed, and buying one buys the same.
05Eligibility
You are responsible for the law where you live. If holding a token, minting one or claiming from one is restricted or forbidden where you are, do not do it here. This project does not serve sanctioned persons or entities, and does not serve anyone in a jurisdiction where what the site does is not allowed. There is no account to close and no list to be removed from, so this is a rule you keep rather than one we enforce for you.
06No custody
This site never holds your keys and never holds your funds. Signing in is connecting a wallet and nothing else: there is no account, no password and no email, and My Zomi forgets everything when the tab closes.
A Zcash shielded address set as a payout preference is validated in the browser. Only a hash of it is written to the chain. The address itself does not leave the page.
07Intellectual property
The pixel system, the engine, the trait templates, the site and the name belong to the project. Holding a Zomi gives you a licence to display it, to use it as a picture of yourself, and to sell or give away the token with that licence attached. It does not transfer the system it was composed from, and it does not give anyone the right to issue a second set out of it.
08Changes and contact
These terms can change. The date at the top of this page is the date they last did. Using the site after a change is accepting the version that is up. Contact is through @ZomiV4Bond, which is the only account this project posts from.
09What is live today
Live: the engine, the traits and rarity tables, the explorer, the rank file, the share card, the validation of a shielded address, and the marketplace views reading the chain and reporting honestly that there is nothing to read. Not live: ZomiBond is not deployed, so nothing is minted, no coupon accrues and no claim is possible; $Z0MI is not issued, so no pool exists and the hook takes nothing; the shielded conversion rail is not built, so a payout preference stores a preference and settles nothing. Coupons pay in ETH on Robinhood Chain when they pay. This ledger is the same one the contract controls keeps, and both are updated together.
